All of our jewelry is made from high quality cast pewter. The gold charms are plated with 3-5 microns of 24 Karat gold with an antique finish. The antique silver charms are polished pewter with an acrylic sealant and does not have a silver plating. All charms are designed and made in the United States and comply with all national and international laws and safety regulations.

Some Common Ordering Questions

Question: How do I know you received my online order?
Answer:
You will receive an email from us with-in 1 hours after you place your order. This email confirmation will list all the products on your order. If you don't receive an email confirmation with-in 24 hours please contact us ASAP.

Question: How do I know when my order gets processed and shipped?
Answer: We process orders Monday thru Friday and not on weekends. You will receive another email listing all your shipped items, US Postal Service Tracking Number, a link to the US Postal Service Tracking Page and any backorder items along with the expected shipping date of the backorder items. 

Question: When will I get my order?
Answer:
It normally takes 1 to 5 business day, depending on your location. Please see our
Shipping Information for more details.

Question: What types of payments do you accept?
Answer:
We accept Visa, Master Card, and PayPal. We also take check/debit cards as long as they have a Master Card or Visa Emblem on it. If you don't have a credit card you can mail us in a money order or check (orders paid by check will be delayed 10 business days in order for the check to clear)

NOTE:
To protect the credit card holders and ourselves, we use AVS (Address Verification Service): A service that verifies the credit card holder's Bill To address in order to combat credit card fraud. If we can not verify your credit card Bill To address we will not ship your order.

Note: Your Bill To address is your address on your monthly statement, you receive this statement from your bank or credit card company.

Shipping Policy

US Postal Services Tracking and Shipping Rates.

  • US Postal Service Express Flat Rate (1-2 Days): $15.50 (US currency)
  • US Postal Service Priority Flat Rate (2-3 Days): $5.50 (US currency)
  • US Postal Service Global Priority (OutSide USA): $6.50 (US currency) expect the following countries:Andorra, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Portugal, and Spain
    • Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. (MT) Monday through Friday for in-stock items will be processed and shipped the same day.
    • Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
    • We allow shipments to an address that is different from the billing address, however we reserve the right to contact both the sender and intended recipient for confirmation.
    • Please be sure to include a phone number at the destination address - shipping companies require a phone number in order to guarantee delivery times.

    Note: Please remember US Postal Service only picks up packages from us and delivers packages to you Monday - Saturday and not on Sundays or holidays.

    Out of Stock / Backordered Items:
    • 95% of all orders are normally shipped complete, however:
    • If you order an out-of-stock product we will contact you by email, You may of course choose 
      to cancel your back-order items at this time, or select to substitute another item.
    • In most cases any item that is out of stock, is normally back in stock with-in 3-10 business days.
    • You always have the option to cancel any order or back-order, but this must be done before we ship the item(s).
      Damages In case of shipment damages, please do the following.
    • Keep the products in the original box with the packing material. Contact Charming LDS Gifts with the invoice number and product name. Charming LDS Gifts will notify US Postal Service. US Postal Service will pick up the damaged product and return it to us. We will then issue a credit to your account.

    • Shortages / Missing items
    • Because of our triple check system we have a minimum amount of errors.
    • On the rare occasion of a shortage, please thoroughly inspect the box a second time for the product(s). If the product(s) still can not be found, or if any other problems exist, contact our office within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment.

    Returns and Cancellations

    • PLEASE let us know before you ship your products back to us. All product returns must have prior, authorized approval from our Customer Relationship department.
    • For all approved returns, the customer is required, at customer’s expense to ship the items to us:

    Be sure to include your packing slip with the returned goods so we'll know whose account we should credit. If you want to exchange an item for something else or the same thing in a different size, please include a note to that effect indicating the desired item or size.

    Cancellation Policy

    You may cancel an order (or part of an order) any time up until it is shipped. To request a cancellation please call or send us an email.  Contact Us. Once an order has shipped, you must receive the package and send it back to Charming LDS Gifts in accordance with our Return Policy above. When we receive the items along with your packing slip we will issue a credit to your account.

    Sales Taxes

    Since our facility is located in Utah, we must charge sales tax for all goods purchased from our store and shipped to Utah.

    * There are no local or State sales tax in Delaware.
